7V7 & 5V5 COACH INTEREST FORM

All individuals interested in serving as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach must complete a formal application and successfully pass a background screening and interview process. This ensures we maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment for all athletes and families.

Coaches are also required to uphold the Coaches Code of Conduct, comply with all league rules, and follow tournament guidelines throughout the season. By applying, you acknowledge your commitment to representing the program with integrity, promoting good sportsmanship, and supporting the development and well-being of every player.

We value the time and commitment of our coaches! Stipends and registration fee waivers or discounts will be offered according to each coach’s role and level of involvement. Approved applicants will receive full details during the application process.
